Shotcrete Nozzle Tips
Shotcrete nozzle tips is made of polyurethane elastomer, which has both the high strength of plastic and the high elasticity of rubber. The nozzle tips bears great impact force when operation, and polyurethane elastomer can meet this requirement.

Polyurethane Nozzle tips feature:
- High strength. Polyurethane nozzle have higher breaking strength and higher bearing capacity.
- Wear-resisting. Polyurethane nozzle tips have high wear resistance, and its about 3-5 times than rubber.
- Oil resistant. Polyurethane elastomer is a kind of strong polar polymer compound, which has little affinity with non-polar mineral oil, and is hardly eroded in fuel oil and machinery oil.
- Vibration absorption. It has excellent vibration absorption performance and can be used for vibration reduction and cushioning when concrete spray.
